Send a Message

The simplest way to reach us is an email to inbox@rcsi-usa.com. The form on this page does the same thing in a different way: it opens your own email program with the message filled in, ready for you to check and send. Nothing is submitted to or stored on the website.

What lands well in the inbox

  • A step that no longer matches your screen. Software menus move with almost every update. Tell us the device, the version and what you see instead.
  • A question that could become an article. Several of our coding pieces, including What Is a Variable in Programming?, started as a reader's puzzled email.
  • A factual error or a dead link. The page address and the sentence concerned are enough for us to start.
  • A beat that feels thin. If an archive such as Gadgets is missing something obvious, say what you looked for.

Who answers

All four writers read the same inbox. Radomir picks up anything about learning to code, Aurelie takes apps and AI tools, Severin handles gadgets and streaming, and Bettany looks after business, property and travel. Because the team is small, a reply can take a few days, and a little longer when several articles are being updated at once.

What we cannot help with

We have no access to accounts at streaming services, broadband companies, app stores or banks, so we cannot reset a password, cancel a subscription or follow up an order. The company that runs the service is the right place for those.

We also do not give personal advice on loans, property, insurance, immigration or health, and we do not pick a specific product for your situation. Our articles explain what to compare; the choice stays with you.

Four details that speed up a reply

  1. Name the article you were reading, ideally with its link.
  2. Describe your device or software as precisely as you can.
  3. Copy any error message word for word.
  4. Mention what you have already tried, so we do not suggest it again.

Your email and your privacy

We use your address only to reply, and we do not sign anyone up to anything. How long we keep messages and what rights you have is set out in the Privacy Policy. If your message is about a mistake on the blog, the page Spotted an Error? explains what happens next.

This opens your email app with the message ready to send to inbox@rcsi-usa.com. Nothing is stored on this site.

Answers that might save you an email

The questions that reach the inbox most often, answered in a line or two.

Can you fix my streaming or app account?

Nobody on the team can log in to your accounts. Logins, billing and cancellations are handled by the company running the service.

Will you review my code?

We cannot review individual projects, but a clear question about a concept often becomes an article that helps many readers.

When should I expect an answer from the team?

Usually within a few days. Reports of errors in an article are handled first.

Can I propose an article idea?

Yes. Describe the problem you were trying to solve and where you got stuck.
